During the consultation I discuss the client’s needs, budget and expectations, and what needs to be done to sell the home quickly and for more money.

By evaluating the property, I can determine what improvements or repairs are necessary to be made to stage the home.  Also, I provide a room-by room check list of recommendations that will identify what should be packed, moved, painted or replaced.

This check list will also address where to place furniture, accessories and will include suggestions for the exterior of the home as well.  The evaluation can take between 2-4 hours.

The minimum base price is $ 150.00 and may increase depending upon the size and condition of the property.  Preparing your home for sale can be challenging. You have the option of choosing professional help or doing it alone.

Full Staging Services

My goal in staging a home is to make it more spacious, inviting and appeal to a much broader range of people.  Staging a home is about de-personalizing, de-cluttering, organizing and arranging furniture and accessories. These are just some of the changes that can be made to maximize the appearance of homes.

When staging a home I will attempt to incorporate as many of the sellers furnishings as possible to minimize cost.

The professional staging fee will vary as no two homes are exactly alike.

Pricing is based on the square footage of the home and the amount of time and work spent to put the house in its best showcase condition.

Staging Vacant Homes

It can sometimes be difficult for buyers to imagine themselves living in a home that is empty, therefore, when selling a vacant house, I recommend using rental furniture and accessories to furnish the entire home.  All costs relating to the rental of furniture and or accessories is between the seller and the rental company.
